Discovery in Darkness

The darkness is a place for deep, deep work. It is in the darkness, I am able to feel into myself and find the underlying stuff that can easily be hidden by layers and layers of superficial stuff (that still needs to be looked at and digested). It is the deep-rooted issues I am going into with a knowing that I am being held and loved as I find the courage to shift and change. Diving Deeper

Hello Beloved Friends,

October is one of my favorite months of the year. I hope yours was exceptional. I love the colors of the leaves, the crispness in the air and of course Halloween. As we continue our journey into the month of November, I encourage you to acknowledge the blessings in your life, to open your heart and being to even more gratitude than you have ever experienced. How much can you take in?

We celebrated appreciation and a participant’s, Starman, birthday in the October puja. I love, love, love being witness to the experiences that people undergo during our puja ceremonies.  The energy shifts and changes as we open up, put down our masks and walls to explore the possibilities of what can happen in a room with others doing the same. I deeply appreciate hearing from the participants, as they share their experiences and how the energy continues to unfold in their daily lives. AMAZING!

The theme for the November puja is gratitude. How is gratitude unfolding in your life today? Through breathwork, meditation, movement, sounding, crystal singing bowl vibration, light therapy and more we will delve deeper into the realms of gratitude and discover how deep we are willing to dive.  Join me on this fascinating journey as we open new doors and pathways into ourselves.

I will be attending and co-teaching several workshops outside of Nevada this month. Exploring the G-Spot and Female Ejaculation in Emeryville, CA on November 17th, and Conscious Touch (Awakening Your Energy Body) in Sunnyvale, CA On the 18th.

The Bali trip continues to expand as we introduce Koji Yang as our Travel Consultant.  Koji is available for those who would like assistance in making airplane reservations. Koji and I have worked together for a couple of years; he is extraordinary at booking the best-possible flights within my criteria. Koji is also a Tantra Educator and amazing Daka. Embark Upon a Sacred Journey will once again be in Bali, Indonesia, during March 16-25, 2015. This promises to be an extraordinary journey of exploring sacred sites of Bali with our guide Cokorda Ratih and learning Tantra practices and techniques of sacred sexuality. Hello Beloved Friends,

Happy Autumn! I love this time of year when the leaves begin to change and the landscape becomes speckled with a wide variety of vibrant colors. The air becomes brisk and the days grow shorter. I enjoy witnessing the changing of the seasons and can find appreciation for each day and what it brings. This summer was incredible, I am grateful for our connections and interactions. I love sharing with each and every one of you. Let’s make this season of fall even more amazing.

New moon fires are a time for us to gather, to connect and to release whatever we are ready to let go of. The new moon fire in September was especially touching and moving as one of the participants chose to burn her wedding gown. She said she could feel a huge wait lift from her shoulders as the dress burned and the sparkly embers danced in the wind. It is a blessed event and I want to offer my appreciation and love to Gene Poplin for continuing to provide the space and the sacred fire for us to have our moments of release and opening. Thank you, Gene.

Embark Upon a Sacred Journey will be traveling to Bali, Indonesia March 16-25, 2015. This is an extraordinary journey of exploring sacred sites of Bali with our guide Cokorda Ratih, a Balinese princess, while learning Tantra practices and techniques of sacred sexuality. The puja ceremonies continue to amaze me with the magical transformations that happen in the few hours that we share together in sacred space. Participants share their experiences with me throughout the month; my heart opens as it fills with appreciation, love and gratitude for the opportunity to share these creative, expansive experiences with so many people. It truly is a blessing.

The theme for the next puja is appreciation. Let’s explore the concept of appreciation by learning how to appreciate ourselves, others and the paths each one of us chooses to walk. I am looking forward to another amazing, energetic experience and we have Starman’s birthday to celebrate and appreciate. See you there!

ILLUMINATION

As I drove home from Sacramento this morning, the sun began to peak over the horizon. I became witness to the rays of light illuminating the skies, the land and my body. As the light enters, thoughts drifted through my mind, memories fluttered by and I opened my heart to the incredible LOVE that exists within.

Hello Beloved Friends,

August has been full of expanding experiences and adventures. Our Yin Puja was beyond words. This group of participants was exception in co-creating a space of loving energy that was extremely powerful for us to explore the dynamics and characteristic of YIN energy. Please read the puja experience told by Starman, his testimonial is why I love this work.  I am looking forward to seeing how the YANG puja unfolds. Please bring a drum, a rattle or any other instrument that you calls you, as we will expand our experience of YANG energy.  Super exciting!!!

IMG_0130My heart is full of love and gratitude for having incredible opportunities to teach with the most amazing Tantricas. I have recently been in Boulder Creek, CA  teaching at Source School of Tantra  with Charles Muir, the Pioneer of the Modern Tantra Movement in the United States,TJ Bartel, Judith Shavini Davis and Leah Alchin.  I feel blessed and honored to being a part of this team, which reminds me of my passion for Tantra, a powerful modality of spirituality and healing.  Witnessing the transformations of students opens my heart even more and thrills me in so many ways.

 

The day after I returned home, my youngest daughter gave birth to twin girls, welcome to the world Lillyann and Amylia.IMG_0131

IMG_0132Three days later my son married his beautiful lady. Our family has expanded quickly in a few days. The blessings continue to present themselves in the most exquisite ways. I look forward to hearing about your incredible August adventures, please feel free to send me an email and let me know how your summer has unfolded.

I would like to ask for you creative juices, I am looking for suggestions for themes for the October, November and December puja. I would love to hear your suggestions. I will offer a free entry to a puja if your theme is the first chosen.

Yin Puja August 6, 2014

This morning I am still vibrating with the intense, yin energy we explored in the Yin Puja last night. An incredible group of extraordinary beings showed up to co-create a magical matrix of sacred space for us to explore, expand and experience the flowing yin energy.

I woke to this beautiful email that touched my soul, sent by Starman who was present with us to shine his beautiful light and share his sweet, loving energy. I am full of love and gratitude and reminded of why I do what I do. Thank you Starman!

PUJA
I have heard of Puja practiced in many ways for the Honoring something sacred. Often these are Deities of a culture or faith. Tonight and once each month for the past several months I have had the gift of Puja by Lisa. With the guidance of a beautiful spirit and loving being, we have experienced the Puja for the sacred elements of Water, Ether, Fire, Earth and Air. Tonight’s gathering was to honor Yin, The Feminine energy.
​I had thoughts of detailing each process that we were guided through and share the experience of every moment but as I left the group and still as I sit here writing the feelings of the evening seem dance like the facets of a kaleidoscope. Each one connected to the others, individually brilliant while coming together in magnificent harmony and beauty. It is hard to imagine emotions flowing in this way and yet Lisa’s gift seems to be in the holding of this space and creating the movement of energies that opened me into whatever was next. I felt that space was safe, open and loving. As a group we held that same space and moved into each step of the Puja joyfully. An added blessing this evening was a pink light gift by Brenda. I may not describe it’s purpose properly but the sensation that I had was of expanding. It was as if I were more than just in me. Like existing a little beyond this body. It was just a few inches but it was such an unreal feeling. I do think she called it an aura expansion. I have seen such a thing around Ester Hicks many years ago but this was the first time I felt my own. It was pretty cool.
​With this group I felt an incredible loving energy. Surrounded by safe, secure, comfortable, loving energy. Lisa creates a space that is in the moment and the group co-creates that circle of trust and loving energy. As we honored the feminine energy of Yin I felt the important part of that energy was community. Of the many attributes of Feminine energy, I think the nurturing of relationships is paramount. It is the fostering of connection to other beings that is the greatest gift of this loving essence. Tonight was, for me, about connection. Hearts beating as one, one breath, one moment in time shared that seemed to carry us through the evening together and stayed with me long after I drove away.
​The thing that stays with me during the month is the knowing there is a place where love is given and received without an agenda. I gave a hug, a gentle touch and a smile as I gazed into the eyes of a bearded man or a beautiful young woman and we understood that it was about sharing in this moment and not a prelude to a dinner invitation. In the day to day world such physical connections as I had in the group would be met with suspicions like what do I want? What is the game or I might have violated someone’s boundaries by looking into their eyes. But on this night for a little while I gave and received love through the eyes that I gazed into the hands that I touched and those that touched me. Then we parted and I feel more loved and gave more love in a couple of hours of Lisa’s guidance than In the rest of the month combined. I think of how often my day lacks a single human touch and know that is not how we are meant to be. But for tonight and as long as I can make it last, my loving cup is full and I will do all I can to keep it full and pass it on.
