Beautiful, clear skies this morning as the sun began it ascent over the horizon. My mind went to Gayatri Mantra – welcoming the rising sun and the light the shines from within. I am filled with gratitude for the miracles of nature and for the awareness of the beauty.
Book Release
On March 14th (THIS FRIDAY), my first book is coming out! Balance for Busy Moms, A Stress-free Guide to Tranquility. It is a collaboration project. 30 incredible women share their experience and a beautiful lesson to all the BUSY MOMS out there who need a to find a bit of TRANQUILITY in their lives. I’ll be posting how to get your copy later this week. It’s so exciting, thank you for all your love and support.

Hello Dearest Friends,
It has been a very busy month of amazing events with more opportunities arising every day. I hope this newsletter finds you in a place of gratitude for the abundance that is presented to you on a daily basis.
In February we had the Love Puja, the Valentine’s Couples Workshop and the Advanced Puja. I want to thank those of you that attended and shared your energies. The Love Puja was super sweet. I pulled out the first Love Puja I facilitated and thought I would read the stations and recreate that event; however, the energy did not call for that. I decided to let go of the written design and allow the flow to freely guide us in the experience. It is truly a blessing to know the energy is there and we can move with it.
Laz Daka and I enjoyed the opportunity to create a beautiful Valentine’s Couples Workshop. We co-created a space for couples to share with one another their sweet love. We explored authentic communication, nurturing touch and sacred connection.
We learned about our primary love language (The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman) and the couples discussed what their love language looks like for them individually on a day-to-day basis. We then learned a beautiful, heart-energy massage technique designed to focus on one person receiving while the other gave. This is a great way for couples to connect in a loving way and to nurture one another in a very special way. 
Laz created a beautiful mandala of fruit for us to sensually share with one another. Couples were remarkably creative in the way they fed one another. Being a facilitator, I love to watch the transformation that takes place during a workshop. It is an extraordinary feeling to see people connect more deeply as the bonds of Love are evoked and united.
The Advanced Puja is an experience that cannot be described with mere words. I highly recommend attending one to have the experience for yourself.
Our next series of Pujas will be focused on the Elements. The element of air will be the topic for the March Puja. Let’s intensify the energy and create something surprisingly blissful.
Remember Love is the important aspect of a relationship, any relationship. “What would love do?” a dear friend reminds me to take a breath and ask this question prior to reacting to any situation. If the ultimate goal is connection, does the behavior and motivation line up with the goal? Choose the path of Love.

2013-2014 Transition
Hello Dearest Friends,
As 2013 comes to a close and we open to a New Year and a New Moon, I invite you to take a moment to look at your life this past year. What were the challenges of the year and how have you grown from those challenges? Find your gratitude for those moments and appreciate all that you have learned. What were your successes? How have these assisted you in your awareness/growth?
It has been a year of extreme growth and lessons for me; grieving was a huge experience for me this year. Many of you know I went through the ending of a long-term relationship and my best friend passed. As a result of those events, I have learned a great deal about my grief process and myself. I am grateful for the opportunity to look at them now and see the blessings that have transpired and continue to show up. 2013 was also the year that I taught teacher training courses with Charles Muir at Source School of Tantra, I guided and facilitated the first Embark Upon A Sacred Journey in Bali, I traveled to Florida, Dubai, and South Africa, I continue to facilitate monthly pujas, have incredible private sessions and have opened my heart to more LOVE than I could ever imagine. I am extremely grateful that I am able to share myself with all of you. If you would like to share your experiences, I am open to hearing about your challenges, growth, breakthroughs, gratitude and love.
Our last series of Pujas were centered on the Chakras; we closed with the Integration Puja in December. It was incredible with the 7 crystal bowls being played at the same time. I have heard so many wonderful comments from participants, truly an amazing experience for all. Special thanks, gratitude and love to Gene Poplin for his continuous love and support and to all of you who continue to show up, participate and LOVE.
Our next Puja will be in February (I will be traveling, teaching and exploring in Thailand in January). It will be the LOVE PUJA followed by a Valentine’s Couple’s Workshop and an Advanced Puja. The Love Puja is for everyone to explore in their heart space and to expand the LOVE.
I will be teaming up with Laz Daka for the Valentine’s Workshop. This workshop will include Authentic Communication, Nurturing Touch and Sacred Connection. It is a workshop for couples that want to expand and explore their relationship using Tantra techniques and practices. Following the workshop we will facilitate the Advanced Puja–this will be for those of you ready to explore deeper into the Tantra Experience of connecting.

Hello Beloved Friends,
I am writing this to you from South Africa as I travel through Kruger National Park established in 1898. I am traveling with shamanic astrologer, Daniel Giamario, evolutionary astrologer, Maurice Fernandez and the founder of Global White Lion Protection Trust, Linda Tucker. It has been a fascinating excursion as we delve deeply into wild life conservation, the blending of astronomy with astrology and ceremony at sacred sites. INCREDIBLE!
This journey began in Dubai being the guest of Christina Formenius and her daughter, Luiza Formenius. They joined our group on the Tantra Adventure Tour of Bali 2013. Dubai is a city built on the Persian Gulf, the desert on one side and the sea on the other. It is an incredible example of modern technology used to create spaces for people to inhabit. Christina and Luiza graciously welcomed me into their home and showed me some of the wonders of Dubai, including an indoor snow-skiing excursion, a desert safari, and a visit to a huge mosque. We had a gathering of empowered women where we discussed sacred sexuality and some principles of Tantra. They have asked me to return and organize a workshop.
To create a Tantra Adventure Tour of Dubai, teaching Tantra principles and embodying those teachings through the modalities of movement and adventure has endless pools of possibilities including: meditation in the desert and by the sea, kundalini yoga, pole dancing, skiing, desert safari, full moon ceremony on the desert sands, visits to sacred sites and much much more. I am grateful for the opportunities that are presenting themselves and for the incredible connections that continue to nurture and cultivate spiritual awareness and acceptance of sacred sexuality. Special thanks to Christina and Luiza for their gracious generosity and welcoming.
The second part of the journey brings me to South Africa to explore and experience the majestic white lions. It is the story of Linda Tucker’s journey to protect and be the sacred guardian of all animals, especially the white lion. She is an empowered woman following her life’s calling through incredible challenges and opportunities to co-create a nurturing environment for her beloved white lions. I encourage you to read her books, which can be found through her website. Our trip has included wildlife sightings of incredible magnitude that I will be blogging about soon.
One of the most important Tantric lessons I have explored is the blissful, orgasmic pleasure of bearing witness to these extraordinary experiences and realizing every moment is an extraordinary opportunity to feel blissful, orgasmic pleasure. Exploring the ordinary as extraordinary and the extraordinary as ordinary. Seeing the sacred in the mundane and the mundane in the sacred. It is a beautiful life.
Our next Puja, Chakra Integration, will be on December 18th. Join me for an integration and balancing of the chakras through vibrational sound waves of the crystal bowls, Tantric principles of connection, movement and modality. It is going to be a very yummy Puja.

Hello Beloved Tantra Community,
Thank you for your continued love and support of our growing community. As many of you know, my best friend Stacey Berry transitioned from this world and on to the next great adventure. She passed away on July 29th with her family and dear friends beside her. I was blessed and honored to be one of her caregivers during the past few months of her life. We have laughed, cried, shared, disagreed, argued, but mostly have loved for the past 38 years of our friendship. She lives on in my heart and the hearts of the many that she touched.
Adventures have been presenting themselves in the most amazing ways. After the funeral, I went to teach Level 2 Teacher Training course with Charles Muir of Source School of Tantra. It was an incredible group of students and the energy was out of this world. I have so much love and gratitude for being a part of this experience and for being able to share it with you.
The Virgo New Moon Fire Ceremony will be at Gene’s house this Thursday September 5 at 8:00PM. Please join us as we set our intentions for this next month. My intention is to “take responsibility and clean out both physically and energetically some of the clutter that may be complicating my life”. More information about this New Moon.
The next Puja is scheduled for September 11; we will be exploring the 5th Chakra – the throat center. This chakra is related to communication through sound, vibration, self-expression and creativity. We will delve into the characteristics of this chakra: the right to speak and hear truth, the stage of creative expression and discovering the subtle world of vibration. Please wear blue and be prepared to explore the purifying nature of vibration.

Hello Beloved Tantra Community,
I am so excited to watch our community grow. As we grow and work together, I would like to start doing more activities and explore Tantra in other ways. June and July have been busy months. I continue to take care of my girlfriend as she goes through her transition. Each time I go to be with her is a new experience. Some days there is pain we breathe through, other days there is sleep and peacefulness, and some days we chat endlessly. We have shared some amazing moments together, in the past and present. We laugh, we cry, we eat and we sleep together. It is a blessing to share this part of the journey with her.
Currently, I am traveling to Florida to attend Level 3 Ipsalu Kriya Tantra Yoga workshop. Before going to Florida, I am visiting the Level 1 Source School of Tantra Teacher Training course to say “hello” to friends, meet new people and be in the incredible TANTRA energy of the workshop. Charles Muir has asked me to be the Dakini for the Level 2 Teacher Training course in August. I am deeply honored to be in this community and for the opportunities the Universe presents.
The energies in the 2nd Chakra Puja in June were extraordinary as we were experiencing the solstice, a super-moon and the energies of my birthday. We shared our creative, life force energies of our 2nd chakras with one another in a beautiful, loving, honoring ritual of nurturing touch. We began with a meditation and then raised our energies in a circle of orgasmic, fire breath followed by a crystal singing bowl vibration and an incredible invocation. It was a great evening of energy, vibration and honoring.
On Monday July 8, 2013, a few of us celebrated the New Moon with a Fire Ceremony. We had a crystal singing bowl session prior to the fire ceremony. There were 8 of us present, one person per crystal bowl (each bowl is toned to a chakra) and one person lying in the middle of the circle receiving the amazing love and vibration that filled the air. It is a powerful experience that I highly recommend. Afterwards we went to the fire, which was incredibly HOT and intense. The New Moon is in now in Cancer; it is a time to focus on nurturing and an opportunity to clearly begin focusing on our intentions and expanding our visions.
The next puja is scheduled for July 24th, we will be visiting the 3rd Chakra—the power center. Please wear yellow and be prepared to explore your power and energies.
