In Sacred Loving workshops we create an environment that supports and cultivates our spiritual essence so that we may explore authentic communication, nurturing touch, and conscious connection. Sacred space is that space in which we feel heard, nurtured, and loved. 

In this couples-only workshop we will explore concepts of authentic communication, nurturing touch and sacred connection. We will have light refreshments available for you to nurture your body as we nurture our spiritual connection.

Following the Valentine’s Workshop, there will be an Advanced Puja. This Puja is for the more experienced student; you must have attended a Puja or Workshop previously. We will be delving deeper into the exploration of some Tantra Yoga concepts. We will bring up the energies and ignite the power of manifestation and intention. We will engage Tantric techniques to heighten the energetic experience. I welcome you to join us in this safe, sacred space to explore more of who you are!

The Workshop and Advanced Puja will be hosted by the amazing Laz Daka and myself. I am honored and grateful for Laz to be joining us for this Workshop and Puja. I met Laz while I was teaching Level 3 teacher training with Charles Muir of Source School of Tantra. I also co-taught a Level 1 teacher training with him the following year. Laz holds incredible space and is very knowledgeable in the realms of sacred sexuality.
