Hello Beloved Friends,
In this newsletter, I have included an excerpt from my column in Reno Tahoe Tonight’s July edition regarding the pelvic floor. Please click the link to read the column in its entirety. I would like to remind you of the upcoming Women’s Workshop on July 23 where we will be exploring and learning techniques to enhance, strengthen and tone the pelvic floor.
July has been a hot month with many interesting adventures. I have been traveling on the East Coast with my friend, Tom. We toured Washington, D.C. and watched the fireworks explode around the Washington Monument; we experienced a private tour of the White House and a private walking tour of the memorials. Then we traveled to the Finger Lakes and spent three amazing nights at Kueka Lake, fishing and exploring the area. On our drive towards New Jersey we stopped at Letchworth State Park, “The Grand Canyon of the East”. It was a magnificent site; the highlight was the rainbow at Middle Falls.
My life is full of amazing, incredible experiences. I am grateful and honored to share them with you. I look forward to hearing about your adventures.
The next Puja is the Fire Puja on July 16th, the perfect element for this hot month. Let’s explore with Fire breath, awaken our inner spirit, open to receive more and manifest amazingness in our lives.

Explore The Pelvic Floor

The pelvic floor is an amazing part of the female body that consists of several groups of muscles that perform various functions. Through breath work and learning to contract, release and push with these muscles the erectile tissue can be activated–turning us on and adding energy to the arousal.
It is a form of self-pleasuring without using hands, toys or other body parts. These techniques intensify orgasmic pleasure through stimulating the nerves and increasing blood flow to the pelvic area.
When visualization is added with the breath and the physical techniques, the energy increases and intensifies.
