April 2012

Hello Beloved Friends,

I am sending this newsletter from Bali, Indonesia. What an incredible experience, I am so grateful for the many blessings in my life and my ability to travel the world and share with all of you. Thank you for adding your energy to my life and all the love that comes with it.

I originally came to Bali for a Hoop Dance retreat, Sacred Circularities, but my experiences and adventures have manifested in a way that I can hardly believe. The energy in Bali is very special and unique. I find manifestations happen very quickly and in the most amazing ways. I began this journey by attending a Bhakti Boogie workshop and facilitated a very intense, powerful PUJA. I met wonderful people at this retreat; one very special lady, Manuela. Manuela is from Germany and we have connected so deeply. More about our adventure later.

After Bhakti Boogie, I went to Amed, which is on the beach and spent two nights there integrating my Boogie experience. It was lovely and the bungalow I stayed in was right on the beach, the crashing waves and the ocean breeze soothed me to a very peaceful sleep—except of course when the gecko climbed into bed with me. While in Amed, I visited a temple that took about 4 hours of trekking and climbing of 1800+ stairs with monkeys on the trails to reach the top with an amazing view. It was a bit cloudy and the view was distorted so I couldn’t get any really good pictures—but what a journey.

Next, I met my friends in Padang Bei and we jumped on a fast boat to the Gili Islands. We stayed on the middle island, Gili Meno, known as the honeymoon island because it is quiet and peaceful. I leisurely strolled around the island in about two hours. And then back to Ubud for Nyepi celebration, the Balinese New Year. In Bali on New Year’s Eve they parade the Ogo Ogos, incredible works of art that they burn afterwards. These Ogo Ogos represent all the transgression and energy that people want to release. The Ogo Ogos are then paraded around and people are dancing and having a great time well into the night. The Balinese take them to an empty field and burn them before midnight, releasing all the energy that does not serve. In releasing all this negative energy, the people become completely empty. On Nyepi, it is a day of complete silence in Bali. Every thing is shut down including the airport and all business. The people fast and meditate preparing themselves for the new fresh energies to arrive. While staying in Bali during Nyepi it is important to buy some food and water for the day of silence. There are no services and you must stay quiet and in your room with no electricity, especially during the night, so that Bali does not attract the attention of the evil spirits that are flying over the island. Bali is a very spiritual island and the people are doing ceremonies quite frequently. They make their offerings several times during the day and the smell of incense is abundant.

After Nyepi my new friend Manuela and I decided to go to a Shaking Ashram. This has been one of the most challenging experiences of my life. This shaking experience is very intense –there is so much going on and people are having all kinds of wild experiences. Mine are very orgasmic–imagine that! We shake for 2 hours before breakfast, 2 hours before lunch and 2 hours before dinner everyday. Ratu talks with us every day sharing his message, “LOVE YOURSELF”. The energy is powerful and I have come to the conclusion that all these different modalities of healing/spirituality have one common thread; LOVE, to love yourself. Some people find it from shaking or Tantra or religion or yoga or hooping or dancing… or some combination, but it all comes down to finding the path that best suites the individual; providing the space they need to connect and feel the LOVE. Today, as I write this I have two more sessions left and I am in a deep cleansing process.

Tomorrow, I will leave here to go to Borneo for a couple of days to visit the orangutans. To see pictures of my adventure I invite you to go to my Facebook Page.

Sending you shaking love energies from the Ashram.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a blanket and pillow to create a sacred space of comfort and pleasure.

The prerequisite for the Advanced Puja is to have attended a puja and/or a Tantra workshop. This puja will be a more intimate and sensual experience of the senses. We will bring forth more sexual energies and increase our awareness of the erotic spirit that is alive within each of us. While honoring our own boundaries we will learn more about ourselves and the beliefs that we have incorporated into our lives. Are these beliefs still working for us…. or is it time to let them go?

Please join us on this journey of spiritual growth, radiating light, unconditional love and more happiness in the world. Register today.

*If you register for the Gratitude Puja, the Endless Bliss Workshop and the Advanced Puja you will also receive a 90 minute private session for the price of $250.00 (a $60.00 savings).

I look forward to sharing LOVE energies with you! May your journey be filled with joy and happiness.
