How powerful/meaningful are your dreams?

In my dream there was a light, it was so bright I could hardly look at it. Yet it was so enticing I had to look at it. As I gazed into the light, it shifted and expanded. Illuminating rays shooting out, streaking the dark spaces creating exquisite patterns.

The asanas, prāṇāyāma, and meditations have been extremely visual for me these past few days of seminar. My dreams are also responding as my mind opens to MORE.
