Upon awakening, Venus was shining brightly down upon me. The sun began to rise, the skies turned blue with a gentle breeze in the air. I am feeling the sensations of sadness and grief. I have made a commitment to myself to sit with these feelings and to allow myself to fully feel, I am wanting to get busy and past this. I know it will only return later if I don’t allow myself to be in it. Today, I will hold myself in compassion.
