During this presentation Tantra Educator, Lisa A. Rizzoli and Somatic Sex Educator, Kevin Brizendine will offer their expertise and skillful knowledge to aid you in bringing more pleasure and empowerment into your bedroom.

We will discuss:

  1. What is Tantra?
  2. What is Sacred Sexuality?
  3. What is this thing called Energy?

We will play with:

  1. An energy practice to help you have a felt sense of energy.
  2. A daily morning practice to help you become more connected in your body.
  3. Breath work and how it can enhance your sensuality.

 

There will be a live demonstration of a Tantric practice that you can take home to explore on your own.

This class is for all individuals and couples who wish to expand their knowledge base in the field of Sacred Sexuality to become Master Lovers and transcend past the physical into the energetic and spiritual spaces of what sex can bring.
