Visionboards are great tools to manifest our dreams, our passions, our desires, and our intentions. They are collages of images that represent what we want to bring into our lives and give us a visual to focus our energy on .

In this playshop, we will discuss how this technique can be a potent part of planning for the future, how vision boards can be energized and how to use them to continue to inspire you throughout the year. We will charge our boards with our creative life force energy, crystal bowls and breathwork.

Let’s bring in 2019 with a Big Blast of energy, setting intentions and manifesting our passions and pleasures.

poster board
glue stick
magazines to cut up
markers
glitter (super important for magic)

Things you may want to bring:
personal pictures
arts & craft items to personalize your board
